The great outdoors is best shared with man's best friend. We welcome well-behaved pets into our lodge for a $100 per stay non-refundable fee for up to two dogs. All pups will receive toys and treats to take home as well as a bed and bowls to use while they are visiting the FOX & BEAR LODGE.
DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY

A 100% deposit is charged at the time of booking to guarantee the room(s).

Cancellations and changes made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund minus a $50 fee per room booked.

Cancellations and changes made 29 to 15 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus a $100 fee per room booked.

Cancellations and changes made 14 to 3 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus a $250 fee per room booked.

Cancellations and changes made less than 3 days prior to check-in are subject to the full cost of the stay. No-shows and early checkouts will not be refunded.

All cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@foxandbearlodge.com.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time begins at 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Please contact us via email if you would like to request an early check-in. Baggage storage is available if early check-in is not possible.
NO BUTTS ABOUT IT
FOX & BEAR LODGE is a smoke-free facility. If you or your guests choose to smoke in a guest room OR on the property, a $500 cleaning fee will be added to your bill.
