Five Tastes is a concept that was born out of the belief to have a creative, inspired and forward moving dining experience in unique spaces.

We’re a team built on a strong foundation of talented individuals with different strengths and styles but we promote the platform to share with other driven and passionate chefs. Collaboration is the way, not only to share knowledge but to allow individuals to express themselves genuinely with a combined concept to create a dining experience unlike any other.

There will be one seating of the night where you will be offered 4 courses. The dinner starts with the taste of fresh vegetables then the sea to the land and ending with a perfect sweet for the evening.

This is a BYOB event
Five Tastes will recommend pairings per course.
$135 per /person

The ticket is $135 per person plus tax, The seating is from 6-9 pm. The dinner will be served between 7 and 9, but guests will have time to enjoy the time at the lodge.

Meet The Chefs

Chef Founder Cedric Gayon

Grey Bragard Apron, My Neighbor Totoro Tattoo, Loves Japanese Animation and Hidden Grounds Coffee.

Creative, driven, 14 years of working for other amazing chefs, learned a lot and ready to put it on the plate. Five Tastes is a space built around innovation and breaking the rules.

Chef Kleber Gomez

Togiharu Wa-Gyutou, Owl Tattoo, Favorite Ninjutsu is Chibaku Tensei, and loves pre workout before the gym.

Classically trained, found his passion for Japanese cuisine. Became a medical professional when the world needed them the most but has been eager to step back into the kitchen. Five Tastes became his gateway and this is only the beginning.
