Meet The Team
working as the Director of Guest Services at Fox and Bear Lodge, brings her skills as an educator to the job. A graduate of WPC with a BA and MA in Education, she was a Vernon middle school language arts teacher for 35 years. The daily personal interactions with her students was what she thrived on and made her happiest. Upon her retirement from teaching, she went searching for her next great adventure, another way to stay connected to people, and she found it here at the Fox and Bear Lodge and Scout Goods 1831! Working to make the Lodge and Cafe guests feel welcome is her primary goal. Come visit us and let Janice make you feel right at home.
Christina is our Event Sales Associate at the Fox and Bear Lodge. She is responsible for streaming the backend process of Events, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion, providing proposals, invoices and agreements, and staying organized with Event details!
Born & raised in Brooklyn, she earned her Masters in School Counseling. The Mom to two beautiful girls, she loves paddle boarding on the lake, going for a run in her neighborhood or doing crafts with her daughters. Fun fact -- she was born on 11/11 at 11 am! Christina loves supporting her local clients here in Vernon/Glenwood and if you are interested in hosting an Event at Fox and Bear Lodge, you will have the pleasure of working with her!
